Click here to visit our Diagnoses page.

My patient needs evaluated for a device.

Your patient will need to have a prescription “evaluation for ….” listing the region of body and diagnoses. After the clinician evaluates the patient for the device, our staff will contact you with an update and a request for a specific prescription for the device. If you want to consult with a clinician prior to sending a patient to one of our offices, please call 412-599-1138.

Does insurance cover the device my patient needs?

The answer to this question depends upon your insurance plan, the device needed and your diagnosis. Depending upon your insurance, you may have a deductible, copay or a percentage of the total cost that you will be responsible for paying. The receptionists at our clinical offices should be able to inform you of the probability of coverage. Insurance coverage is NOT a guarantee of full payment.
