Purpose of the Device
- Used for treatment of flexible flat foot (pronated foot) in low profile manner
Indications
- Flexible pes planus
- Plantar fasciitis
- Heel spurs
- Flexible metatarsus abduction/adduction
- Midfoot fracture
Common Additions
- Sustentaculum tali pad (out to calcaneus and proximal to forefoot and hindfoot post, longitudinal arch) to give added correction to the calcaneus and talus
Special Considerations
- Deformity must not be fixed
- Not recommended for arthritic or insensate foot
