Purpose of the Device

Two piece supramalleolar/ankle foot orthosis, which provides flexibility and control of the ankle and foot
The inner shell is a supramalleolar orthosis controlling foot position and pronation
The snap on posterior section provides the control of an AFO

Pronation
Spasticity

Dynamic foot plate
Tone reducing footplate

Special Considerations

Snap together construction is ideal for use with therapy
The SMO can be used during therapy and the gains can be maintained afterwards by applying the posterior shell
Also comes in an articulated ankle version
