Purpose of the Device

• Semi-rigid support of the thoraco lumbar spinal region in all three planes
• Most commonly used for patients that cannot tolerate a rigid TLSO

Indications

• Instability of spinal levels T5 through L5
• Spinal fractures
• Osteoarthritis
• Degenerative disc disease
• Low back pain
• Postoperative support

Common Additions

• Not very adaptable to additions

Special Considerations

• Allows for cut-outs in soft foam area for patient access
