Purpose of the Device

This is a self-suspending design
Flexible inner front socket is to provide comfort to the wearer, as well as suction for suspension
The rigid outer frame gives strength to the socket

Indications

Patients with a longer limb length with good musculature of the affected limb

Common Additions

A total elastic suspension belt added for auxiliary suspension

Special Considerations

Good skin integrity, good personal hygiene required
