Indications

• Transtibial amputees (BK)

Common Additions

• Usually worn with shrinker or ace wraps, distal end pads, neoprene straps, and post-operative sock

Special Considerations

• Severe diabetics may require splint to be sized a little larger to accommodate thicker socks for extra protection of skin
